Catalog description

This is the Health Promotion, Maintenance, and Restoration I Clinical course, which focuses on the application of the theoretical knowledge base obtained from exploring the basic concepts in the management of adult clients experiencing selected health illnesses and problems in the clinical practice environment. Demonstrations of the application of critical thinking and clinical reasoning and the use of the nursing process to provide culturally sensitive, holistic, evidence-based care for clients will also be practiced in the clinical setting. Two (2) clinical credit hours/6 contact hours per week.
