(Formerly Industrial Relations) This course covers the process of training and development, career planning and measuring HR outcomes.Coaching, facilitating and training will be examined in the context of adult learning. Types of learning, learning theories and self directed learning will be explored. Career planning in the context of emerging organizational forms will be presented.
