This course bridges academic theory and professional practice by preparing students to navigate contemporary career pathways equipped with the integrated skills of Strategic Career Management and Digital Fluency. The course also teaches networking strategies across social and professional platforms and emphasizes ethical, inclusive, and culturally competent conduct online and offline. With a focus on personal branding, adaptability, and practical job-search techniques, students will be prepared to navigate contemporary career pathways and manage responsible professional identities in a diverse workplace environment. MGMT 3150 may be taken concurrently with other Business Core courses as per the College of Business curriculum map MGMT 3150 is a required course for all Business majors. It replaces BISE 3150 Business Communications
