Catalog description
A practicum or internship with an agency (public or private) pursuing activities related to one or both of the student’s concentrations in order to provide the student with on-the-job experience. The details of the internship are negotiated among student, agency, and instructor. A major paper is required for successful completion of course, as well as a satisfactory evaluation by both instructor and internship supervisor. The course may be repeated with the Coordinator’s approval for up to 3 hours of credit.
