Internship Practicum - II

Catalog description

This three credit course satisfies 300 hours of the total of 600 hours of supervised employment at a hospitality or events management organization approved in advance by the course instructor, faculty advisor and program Department Chair and must be satisfied prior to enrolling as a, or during the second semester senior year. Weekly Internet conferences with the course instructor and a comprehensive internship report are mandatory.
