The design of this course surveys an array of data, systems, and reporting analyses associated with human resource management functions. In this course, students will learn the fundamentals of how to collect, measure, and analyze data pertaining to employees/people at work, as well as how decisions and recommendations are made based on such data. This course will also engage students in learning how data is used to solve employee-based and employment-related problems. 45 Elective for BBA in Human Resource Management
