(NURS 4330) This course introduces the dynamic process of leadership within a variety of healthcare settings and organizational structures in the context of professional nursing practice. The professional nurse’s role, influence, and contributions as a leader, provider, and manager of client care and member of the profession are explored. Corequisite(s): NURS 4400.
