In this course, you’ll be called on to probe, question, and evaluate how power and influence interact to impact leadership effectiveness. You’ll grapple with understanding the dynamics of power, and organizational politics, and learn to tell the difference between winning strategies and mediocre strategies. You will also become more skilled in spotting ways to improve your strategy and potential as a leader as you navigate organizations and your career.
