Team development theory; emphasizes research on team member behaviors, team decision-making models, and positive conflict in team environments. This course is very pragmatic in its approach, and it is one that you will find very useful in your future contacts and work with people. Because of the emphasis on leadership and teams, this course requires that you be ready for interactive experiences in class. Course may be taken twice.
