Catalog description

This course will study the physical and chemical methods of mineral processing and resource recovery. It will cover several processes that consider particle characterization, comminution, froth flotation, gravity separation, electrostatic separation, magnetic separation, and flocculation. Environmental considerations and waste management will assist with determining the optimal surface treatment and solution conditions. 3 CIP 14.0401
