(Formerly CHEM 360). Study of important classes of organic compounds. Emphasis is placed upon the study of hydrocarbons and their principal derivatives: carbohydrates, proteins, fats, oils, vitamins, and dyes. Designed for majors in Agriculture, Home Economics, and Allied Health. Three lecture hours per week.
