Catalog description

This course provides instruction and practice in making molds, mouth impressions, lost wax castings, finished polished crowns, rings, and pendants. Students will also explore fabrication techniques for creating jewelry and other wearable objects, considering the possible applications of 3D printing. Students will develop attention to detail, manual dexterity, and increased eye acuity.
