This course focuses on the principles and practices of safety within the construction industry. This course introduces OSHA policies, procedures, and standards, as well as construction safety and health principles. Students will gain an understanding of the regulations, best practices, and risk management strategies necessary to create a safe working environment on construction sites. The course will cover topics such as hazard identification, safety planning, safety regulations, and emergency response.
