Catalog description

This course is designed to introduce students to reflective concepts and practices for personal development and in team settings. In both life and leadership, we can easily and consistently accrue experiences without pausing to make sense or meaning for ourselves or the teams we are leading. Practicing reflection consistently in our personal lives and communal spaces will help us (and those we lead) to learn, grow in self-awareness, grow in team/community-awareness, and transform into the people, leaders, and teams we hope to become.
