The vector field approach to electromagnetic theory. Includes electrostatics, magnetostatics, induction, dielectric and magnetic materials, and Maxwell’s equations. Co-requisites: MAT 251 and PHY 341. Prerequisites: PHY 211 and 212. Offered fall semester of odd years.
