Catalog description
Provides a solid understanding of camera use, focusing on camera settings, equipment, techniques, skills, and concepts of digital photography as applied to journalistic storytelling for news, features, and photo essay. Students should own or have access to a digital SLR camera (some department cameras are available to loan). Prerequsite: CAC 156 or ART 156. Offered spring semester of odd years.
