Catalog description
A study of development at the molecular, cellular, and organismal levels. The class sessions focus on current concepts in developmental biology. The lab utilizes living model organisms (e.g., urchin, fly, chick) to conduct inquiry-based projects. Three hours of lecture and three hours of laboratory per week. Prerequisites: BIO 201 and BIO 203; BIO 312 or BIO 462 are recommended. Offered Fall semester.
