This course provides an overview of personal and business property risks and offers appropriate coverages for the risks. Topics include underwriting considerations, commercial and residential fire, inland marine and transportation coverages, and a review of multiple-peril contracts. Other relevant topics designed to protect consumer assets will be reviewed, including marketing options and societal issues. The course also reviews Florida insurance licensing regulations and guidelines.
