Catalog description

This course focuses on history, ethics, organization and credentialing guidelines. It also focuses on medical gas preparation, usage and safety, physical principles of medical gas therapy, oxygen delivery systems, breathing modalities, patient assessment, arterial blood gas drawing techniques and chest physiotherapy and postural drainage. Case studies are used to incorporate the critical thinking process.
