Catalog description
This course provides the RN-BSN student with the opportunity to build on knowledge and skills of performing and documenting a comprehensive health assessment of diverse individuals across the life span. Critical analysis and synthesis of assessment findings will be emphasized to aid in clinical judgement and decision making for patient care.
