Catalog description

The course presents a practical approach to understanding and implementing the basic concepts of customer service and focuses on developing effective skills in satisfying internal and external customers in a wide variety of organizational settings. Emphasis is on importance of maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail. Topics include projecting a professional attitude and image, dealing with customers/clients, time management, effective communication, resolving complaints, working in a culturally diverse setting and evaluating the service function.
