Catalog description

Does not fulfill the general education communications requirement. Designed to further mastery of the written communications encountered in the world of work. Focuses on the more rhetorical and persuasive aspects of effective technical communications. Students will become proficient in the use of standard professional correspondence (various types of letters, memos, and email) and also write descriptions of objects and processes, instructions, reports, and proposals.
