(Director's Credentials Course) This course provides a foundation for the financial and personnel management of the child care center. Topics include leadership, organizational skills, budgeting, financial management, legal issues, marketing, hiring, supervision and professional development of a child care center director. Regulations and resources of national, state and local organizations are also addressed.
