Catalog description

This course will include an introduction to law firm structure, partnership liability, building an ethical culture and ethic walls, risk management, compensation, and people development. It will be taught by Richard Alexander, L'82, Partner and Chairman of Arnold & Porter, an American multinational law firm and one of the largest firms in the world both by revenue and number of lawyers.
