Catalog description
This class will provide grounding for students with little or no technical background or previous programming experience. We will start from the ground up, learning to program with a focus on the applications, skills, and problems most relevant to students of art, literature, history, and related fields. Along the way, we will investigate the specific challenges and opportunities that computer programming affords the student of the humanities.
