Prerequisites: PSY 392; PSY 311 is recommended. Etiology, prevention, and treatment of addictive behaviors, emphasizing biological, psychological, and social factors; dependence on alcohol, nicotine, and other drugs, as well as gambling, eating disorders, and compulsive sexual behavior.
