Prerequisite: CWP 102. Introduction to the study of law from an economic perspective. No prior knowledge of law is required, and all economic concepts needed are presented. Uses economic concepts and reasoning to explain and predict consequences of legal rules. Includes important issues found in court cases involving contracts, property law, liability, and environmental law. Offered alternate years.
