Introduction to Ultimate Frisbee

This course is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of ultimate frisbee, a fast-paced, non-contact team sport played with a flying disc. Students will learn the basic rules, strategies, and techniques necessary to play the game effectively. Through a combination of classroom instruction, practical drills, and gameplay, participants will develop skills in throwing, catching, cutting, marking, and positioning.
