Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to learn the specific skills and or the techniques of indoor cycling, for form of fitness and conditioning. Indoor cycling is form of exercise that is performed on a stationary bike. This course will introduce the student to bike mechanics, bike set-up, cycling terminology, fitness and conditioning concepts, bike safety, and spinning workouts. The class will learn how to vary the intensity of workouts using different riding positioning and cardiovascular targets. Each physical class will vary in both music and choreography.
