Catalog description

The PMY 402 weekly recitation session is intended to support development of a pharmacology knowledge base and study, self-directed learning and critical analysis skills for students preparing to enter a healthcare professions program. During this recitation course you will synthesize and reinforce the content discussed during the PMY 302 Introduction to Pharmacology course, develop and reflect on problem-solving skills and apply pharmacology principles and knowledge of drug mechanisms, effects, and adverse effects to clinical scenarios.
