Catalog description

This course is a study of the nutrition status, needs, and programming for populations at the national, state, local community, and global levels. Socioeconomic, cultural, and psychological influences on eating behavior at the population level (national, state, local community, and globally) will be examined and applied in the process of identifying appropriate nutrition programming, resource allocation, and management of community-based food and nutrition programs.
