Catalog description
This course builds on the foundation of Wellness and Illness I and II, preparing students to transition into professional practice as a member of the interprofessional team. Students will expand their abilities to recognize evolving situations for individuals, families and populations across the lifespan. Focus is placed on synthesizing and analyzing the meaning of assessment findings and relevant data, connecting this information to previous knowledge and experiences to prioritize care and promote quality and safe outcomes.
