Catalog description

Modern logistics is increasingly based on analysis combining data and decision support tools to make informed decisions. This course covers the fundamental concepts, principles, methodologies, and strategies necessary to achieve efficient, effective, and quality-oriented logistical operations. This includes when and how qualitative logistical concepts and principles are applied, in conjunction with quantitative methodologies to identify solutions in the context of logistical operations.
