This course explores foundational concepts and strategies for effectively working in and leading teams. Topics include the development of productive team norms, understanding and valuing diversity of perspectives, leveraging the strengths of people with diverse backgrounds, making effective decisions in teams, promoting collaboration and reducing conflict, building trust and social capital, developing high performing teams, selecting team players, and designing and structuring teams for success.
