Catalog description

Success in today’s organizations depends not only on your functional/technical skills and expertise, but also on how well you handle yourself, your interactions with others and your ability to learn and adapt to new and changing situations. Acceptance into the School of Management Undergraduate Honors Program is the pre-requisite. Students will be introduced to and assessed on key leadership competencies and the processes that strengthen those competencies. In addition, the course will provide opportunities for students to further identify strengths and personal limitations as well as establish an individualized development plan to build on strengths and mitigate weaknesses.
