This course will explore the primary aspects of various real estate transactions, including commercial purchase and sale transactions, commercial leasing transactions, residential transactions and others. Participants will be expected to gain a thorough and practical knowledge of such transactions as well as the documents and activities involved in such transactions - - from marketing and negotiating through closing.
