Catalog description

This course covers the fundamentals of engineering management including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Students will gain an understanding of the functions in engineering management, the roles and responsibilities of engineering managers, and selected skills required to be effective leaders. Emphasis is placed on management in technology-based organizations.
