Catalog description
This course will analyze the results of environmental regulations and how they have provided solutions to many of the environmental issues facing the Western New York and the country. However, environmental problems remain and we will explore if new and current regulations will be able to provide solutions or if the unintended consequences cause new problems. Will the new regulations be able to obtain the intended solution, or is the new legislation poorly designed? Thorough examination of new regulations associated with environmental justice, disadvantaged communities, and climate laws will be discussed looking at both sides of the issues. This class will be a
