Catalog description

This course is an interdisciplinary, introductory climate change course with a heavy focus on the human dimensions of the issue, including topics like climate justice, ethics, economics, policy, mitigation and adaptation, which are important to the sustainability field. Students will also be exposed to foundational aspects of climate science as well, so that students can talk about climate change in an informed manner. This course will feature a variety of guest speakers, offering different disciplinary and stakeholder perspectives on the issue of climate change.
