Catalog description
This course is a continuation of EAS 214, designed for second-year, third-year and fourth-year standing students to develop skills necessary for creating meaningful peer mentoring relationships. Mentors will continue their professional development and training in mentoring best practices and will support peer mentors ability to impact positive change for their mentees as well as the UB Community. Students complete a semester-long culminating project that showcases their mentoring work and connect these project outcomes to UB and SEAS strategic goals.
