Catalog description

This course is designed for second-year, third-year and fourth-year standing students to develop skills necessary for creating meaningful peer mentoring relationships. Mentors will be trained in using mentoring technology, including Navigate/EAB, and will support peer mentors ability to impact positive change for their mentees as well as the UB Community. This course creates an added layer of reflection and development for the mentoring role as they are tasked with completing guided development assignments. Completion of these assignments will strengthen their purpose as mentors, while also creating an opportunity to bolster their NACE competencies.
