This course provides a deeper examination of communication within organizations by exploring major theoretical perspectives, ethical communication, team behavior and proactivity, openness, decision-making, strategic ambiguity, and strategic organizational communication. Its focus is on understanding research reports, and development of analytical skills that adapt to various organizational environments.
