Catalog description

Humans are social creatures who need high-quality relationships to survive and thrive. However, human relationships are rapidly changing with the rise of technology (e.g., social media). Based on research from relationship science, communication, and psychology, the goal of this course is to provide students with the scientific knowledge and answers to the many questions they may have about their own relationships and learn about how people can connect with one another in ways that benefit them mentally and physically.
