Introduces veterinary technology students to veterinary nursing and patientmanagement. Includes discussion of patient assessment and monitoring,administration of medications, standards of safety in the workplace, medicalrecord formats, prevention of nosocomial infections. (offered spring semester) (1hr. lecture, 2 hrs. laboratory) Prerequisite: VST101, VST103 and VST104 with aminimum grade of C and CHE120. Corequisite: VST111.
