Spanish for Educators is a course designed for education students and K-12school personnel to learn the basics of Spanish grammar, develop knowledge ofHispanic cultures, and improve the educators' ability to effectively communicatewith Spanish-speaking students and parents. The goal of our Spanish forEducators course is to develop communication skills associated with real-lifeclassroom situations, foster a better understanding of cultural differences andimprove classroom communications for teacher/parent interaction. Requiredonline lab component. Notes: (1) Fulfills SUNY-GE World Languages. (2) Creditgiven for either SPN126, SPN113, or SPN101. No prerequisite.
