This course studies the problems and responsibilities that practitioners inbroadcast, cable, and digital media face every day. The structure of mediaorganizations and regulatory concerns will be explored. Case studies are used toexemplify problems in management. Students will perform research tasks and dowritten and oral presentations. (offered spring semester only) No prerequisite.
