Methodology of Lifetime Activities

Catalog description

This course is designed as a content knowledge course for a variety of LifetimeActivities which will include golf, Frisbee golf and bowling. The course will providestudents experiences that will lead to skill acquisition, as well as, the ability toanalyze and correct errors in skill performance. Students will be introduced to thevarious progressions of teaching these skills that are developmentallyappropriate for a K-12 Physical Education setting. Note: Course is restricted toPhysical Education Majors. (2 hrs. laboratory) Prerequisite: PED190.
