Aspects of Coaching

Catalog description

This is an introductory course to the fundamentals of coaching. Classes arestructured to provide students with the basic knowledge and skills required todevelop an effective coaching program and create a personal coachingphilosophy. Students will learn about the many aspects of coaching fromdesigning and executing a session to handling administrative responsibilities. Itdoes not satisfy the physical education graduation requirement. No prerequisite.
