Catalog description

The course facilitates students' transition to and success in Suffolk CountyCommunity College's music program. Topics include academic advisement, timemanagement, study skills, library research, and campus resources. In addition,the course will cover topics relevant to the major, such as music careers, transferto four-year music schools, and performance.
