For students interested in social sciences, health sciences, business andindustry. Expands on statistical concepts and methods treated in MAT103 andprovides opportunity to apply statistical methods to an actual survey. Teacheshow to select a sample, interview respondents and analyze data. Additionaltopics include non-parametric statistics, correlation and regression, analysis ofvariance and decision making. Prerequisite: C or better in MAT103.
